Q. What is the deadline for placing an order for the same day?
A. Deliveries to all Sydney suburbs are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 2pm. If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time, please call our friendly staff on 1300 225 510 to see if we can accommodate your request. In most cases we can offer same-day delivery Australia-wide where the order is placed before 10am.

As a general courtesy, we ask that international orders be placed 24 to 48 hours before you desired delivery date.


Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver to most countries world-wide through our network of Florists. Currently our website is only able to process orders for delivery within Australia. Please feel free to call one of our friendly customer service representatives to place orders, obtain prices and details for international destinations.


Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. For orders placed by phone, or online, we accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners. For in-store purchases, we also accept Cash, Eftpos and company cheques.


Q. Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays (Trading Hours)?
A. We are open 6 days every week; Monday to Saturday 7am until 7pm. We are closed, and do not deliver on Sundays and most Public Holidays.. National and international destinations may vary, please contact the florist with your specific requirement.
